Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
It's a popular treat at my house. Really simple and easy to make!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup margarine
In a large bowl, mash bananas, then add eggs, margarine, sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth. Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix all ingredients together. Pour batter in prepared baking pan. Place chocolate chips on top of the batter. Set to 350 degrees. Bake at approximately 55 min - 1hr. Finally, insert toothpick in center. If the center is clean and no batter is on the toothpick, the bread is done. Enjoy!
