Avocado Toast

If you need something quick in the morning but you also want to stay healthy, try this avocado toast recipe. It takes only a few short minutes to make and will keep you satisfied until lunchtime. If you've got some time in the morning, pair this with a bowl of oatmeal and a smoothie and you have a filling and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients:

1 avocado

1 slice ancient grain bread

1 egg

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp of margarine

Put egg to boil in a pot. Peel and mash avocado in a small bowl and add salt, margarine, and lemon juice. Toast bread and spread the avocado on your toast. Serve with boiled egg on the side.
