Scalloped Potatoes and Ground Beef Casserole

This scalloped potato casserole is one cheesy and hearty dish that is sure to leave you satisfied. Just the smell of it baking in the oven is enough to get your mouth to start watering.

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground beef

6 potatoes (peeled and sliced)

1/2 onion (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (chopped)

2 cups milk

1/2 tsp pepper

2 cans Cream of Asparagus soup

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Salt is optional

In a skillet brown ground beef, onion and pepper; add milk and Cream of Asparagus soup. Layer potatoes in baking dish and add beef from skillet onto potatoes. Add a layer of Cheddar cheese and mozzarella on top of potatoes. Bake in oven covered with tin foil at 350° for 10-15 minutes to brown.
