Hot Chocolate Cookies

Here's a dessert for all you chocoholics out there. These are chocolate chip cookies with a bit of a twist. Instead of your normal boring dough, this one is made with hot chocolate mix. This is sure to satisfy your chocolate fix!

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup flour

1 cup hot chocolate mix

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup margarine

1 egg

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tbsp milk

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a baking sheet. In a large bowl, mix flour, hot chocolate mix, baking powder, sugar, salt, and chocolate chips. In a separate bowl, whisk egg and milk. Add milk and egg mixture to the flour mixture. Scoop a 1/4 cup of dough and shape into cookies. Place on greased baking sheet and bake for about 7 minutes.
