Carrot Juice
This drink is creamy with lots of flavor including the taste of nutmeg and cinnamon. Carrot juice is very popular in some regions of Caribbean. Try it, and I am sure you will enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 large carrots
1 can condensed milk
4 cups of water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract.
Make sure that you wash, peel, and chop the carrots before blending them. Use a Juicer or grate carrots to extract juice from the carrots and strain to remove pulp if carrot are grated. Add 4 cups of water to carrot juice and pour into a pitcher, add 1 can of condensed milk, cinnamon & nutmeg. Stir to combine and then chill in the refrigerator. Serve with a pinch of nutmeg sprinkled on top. Yum!
